ERP Approvals on Mobile Application
The Approval Application is based on the approval framework of IFS applications which involves multiple approval/authorization steps requiring different users to approve it. The Approval Application allows managing approval of entities including Purchase Requisitions, Order Quotation Approval, Purchase Orders, Material Requisitions, Work Orders, Transport Tasks, Invoices, Call/Case Approval, Absence Requests, Sub Contract Valuation, Sales Contract AFP (Application for Payments) and Document Approval. An approver / authorizer receives a notification when an approval request is assigned. The user can review the details of the approval request and drill down to the next level for further analyzation. The user can view attached documents if any and then choose to approve or reject.
